Castle Valley Inn is the only inn in Castle Valley, a high desert valley resting at 5,000 feet off scenic highway 128. Surrounded by dramatic views whichever way you turn, we offer you a retreat where you can relax, unwind and explore.

Start each day with a regionally inspired healthy breakfast and a mug of organic, freshly ground coffee or a pot of tea. Then spend your day exploring the wild Utah West before coming home to five acres of lawns and orchards. Relax in our spacious hot tub or laze in a hammock, and – if you’re lucky – you’ll spot some native mule deer, a wild cottontail rabbit or two, or a ring-necked pheasant. If you’re still up for a stroll after your day’s adventures, you’ll love our loop path at night, under Utah’s magnificent canopy of stars.
